The Inn at Vaucluse Spring Description:
We knew it the moment we saw it. An old mansion - nearly in ruins - rich in one family's history and vacant for decades. The dream of a young artist and his family to build a home on the same ground..... and an ancient limestone spring that must have drawn them to this place as it has drawn us. Here we would recreate a tradition of southern style and service that any resident from over 200 years of its known past would recognize as classic Virginian. The Inn offers fifteen guest rooms in six different dwellings, all built on one hundred acres; six in the federal style Manor House, four in the Chumley Homeplace, one in the Gallery guest house, one in the restored Millhouse Studio, one in the Cabin by the Pond, and two in the Cottage on the Hill. All rooms feature a fireplace and most have a jacuzzi.

The Inn at Vaucluse Spring Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Minimum reservations: Two night minimum stay required on weekends. Feel free to call to check availability for a single night stay.
Guaranteeing a reservation: Reservations must be guaranteed by an advance deposit, either by check, MasterCard, or Visa. When a credit card is used, it is processed at that time. The deposit is equal to one night’s stay or half the total stay including meals; whichever is greater. The deposit must be received within 7 days of making a reservation.
Cancellations: Refunds, less a $25 processing fee, will be made if notice of cancellation is received at least 7 days before the date of arrival. Otherwise, deposits are not refundable unless the room is rebooked. Deposits are not transferable to another date unless the change is requested 7 days in advance of your stay. You are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
