Welcome to “The Harbour”, our turn of the century Country Vistorian Bed and Breakfast in Granbury Texas. Our Bed and Breakfast is located on a quiet cul - de - sac on beautiful Lake Granbury, just eight short blocks from the Historic Square. At Baker St. Harbour Waterfront Bed and Breakfast you'll enjoy the serenity of our wonderful country setting, whether indulging in the personal ambiences in your room, enjoying reading in the library, or lingering over family - style breakfasts served in the spacious kitchen overlooking the beautiful lake.Our secluded two - acre grounds with enchanting nostalgic gazebo with a running waterfall and fish pond, goof ball ( similar to horseshoes) and double-decked dock on Lake Granbury, beacon you to a peaceful respite.You can enjoy nature and maybe take a swim, fish or have Captain Perry take you out on the boat. Baker St. Harbour Waterfront Bed & Breakfast is also the perfect place for weddings, receptions, or other special events.

Each of our unique rooms is lovingly appointed with antiques & family heirlooms. All rooms have private baths, satellite TV & DVD player, wireless internet access, coffee maker, and a beautiful view of Lake Granbury.Guests can sit out on the deck or dock to either relax or fish, or swim. Boat on premises for boat rides for a small fee. Amenities include
after - noon desserts, coffee/tea , soft drinks,popcorn, luxurious towels, soaps, and shampoo. Trolley picks up guests on the weekend and takes to and from the square for free.

Baker St. Harbour Waterfront Bed & Breakfast Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

- Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include local taxes.
- Rates include a family style breakfast served at 9 a.m., complimentary after - noon desserts, coffee/tea, soft drinks. popcorn.
- $35 additional per person per room.
- Reservations are guaranteed with a major credit card.
- One night fee will be charged on the credit card, and balance can be paid by cash, personal and travelers checks or credit card upon arrival. Reservations for all four rooms require 1/2 non-refundable deposit.
- 7-day cancellation (3 weeks for groups) - if cancellation occurs in less than the 7 day/3 week period and the rooms are not rebooked. A $35 cancellation fee will be assessed on the credit card.
- 2-night minimum stay PREFERRED on weekends and holidays; however, 1-night stays are accepted according to availability.
- We accept cash, personal & travelers checks and most major credit cards.
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 12:00 noon.
- Smoking outside on porches and gazebos.
- Children over 10 welcome (If all four rooms are reserved there is no minimum age for children).
- Please leave your pets at home.
- Rates subject to change.
