1873 Elegant and Romantic Victorian Inn Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Two night minimum on weekends. Three night minimum holiday and festival weekends. A 50% deposit, including 13% tax, is required. Cancellation requires a 14 day notice for a refund, less a $25 handling fee. Within 14 days a checkin the deposit will be refunded less the handling fee, if the room can be rented.
