Credit cards accepted: MC, VISA, AMEX. Your check is also welcome. Children over the age of 10 are welcome. The rate for double occupancy is between $100.00 and $125.00. 10% reduction for stays of 7 days or more. Advanced payment required for long term stays and some holidays or special events. The rate for each additional person is $20.00. 72 Hour cancellation notice is required or first night's stay will be charged to your credit card. 14% State and Local taxes do apply.
