This B&B is one of the very best we have ever stayed in. The Spring House would need to be for those able to do stairs, but still lovely and private and just a short walk to main house.
We have stayed here three times and will go back. Lord permitting. 5 stars out of 5.
We have been staying in the spring house about 8 years (one weekend a year). Yes, you must be able to use stairs as there are quite a few. But that is the only drawback. It is such a neat place to stay. Florence, the innkeeper is just a sweetheart and she is a great cook! In fact sometimes we feel we are staying there just so we can visit with her.

We recently stayed here for two nights in June 2009. We chose the darling little stone converted spring house. Be spry, there are three levels: living room on main level, bedroom tucked up in the garret, and the bathroom on the bottom level.
We loved our visit. Our hostess and farm owner, Mrs. Stoltzfus, was charming, accommodating--and a great cook. Ask for her baked oatmeal for a special treat. She even made my husband a shoofly pie for his first taste of this PA yummy dessert. Hers was wonderful--not too sweet--just right.
The gardens and grounds were magical--we watched a full moon rise over the rolling countryside and meadows.
Very quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle, yet the inn's within easy driving to some of the charming little towns and villages such as Strasburg and Intercourse, PA.
This is a sweet place. We're glad we came.
