Historic 1807 Townhouse Bed and Breakfast

Historic 1807 Townhouse Bed and Breakfast Description:
The attractive, spacious 19th Century home built in 1807 was completely renovated by its present owners in 1967. It is located in gracious Society Hill, the historic section of Philadelphia. Today, the open, modern plan of the interior may make you forget that this historic building has provided shelter to Philadelphians for nearly two centuries. The living room opens onto a south-facing city patio through a two-story glass wall that helps bring the charming and surprisingly large city garden into the house itself. The four bedrooms are comfortably appointed and offer individually controlled heating and central air. Each has its own private, in-room bath, TV, private phone line and sitting area. The second floor king/twin room offers two twin beds that can be converted into a comfortable king. The other bedroom on this floor, as well as the two on the third floor, has a queen bed.
