Located on Front Street by the Lake in Boiling Springs is this circa 1869 Victorian Home, which is one of the first homes in Boiling Springs. The village is laced with history dating back to the 1700's. The iron industry was the main reason for its growth. The Carlisle Iron Works, one of the earliest blast furnaces in Pennsylvania was located near the springs. The remains of the original blast furnace still stands in the public park.
