Come share our 24 acres in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of Western North Carolina! We have a wonderful old 1910 farmhouse with a wraparound porch and private guestrooms. Our guest cottage has two stories, each with its own entrance, bath, and full kitchen. The houses are surrounded by organic gardens of every kind and pots overflowing with flowers and herbs. Behind the houses are wildflower meadows with 360 degree views, a small swimming pond, woods, and the Ivy River. We offer a perfect balance for those who wish to retreat in a rural mountain setting in Barnardsville, North Carolina, and still want easy access to the restaurants and cultural offerings of Asheville, only 20 minutes away.

Farmhouse
Guest bedroom in the farmhouse: A lovely room with private bath, family antiques, heirloom four-poster queen bed, and original flower prints. AC, TV, VCR, CD. Large windows look out on a walled flower border.
Guest Cottage ~ First Floor
Charming and cozy, this cottage has two bedrooms and a living room with fireplace, cherry table and chairs, sofa, TV, VCR, DVD, CD, and AC. Original art is in every room. The front bedroom has an antique queen bed as well as a twin. The rear bedroom has two twins. There is a large bathroom and a beautifully equipped, full kitchen, stocked with fresh ground coffee, a variety of teas, and various condiments. A small deck off the back looks onto our own private valley. (The 1st floor is completely separate from the 2nd floor.) Sleeps 2-5.
