A deposit of 50% of stay, minimum 1st night, required to hold your room. On cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival date the deposit will be refunded less a service charge equal to 10% of the room charges. On cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date the deposit will be refunded less the service charge if we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be responsible for the full reservation unless we are able to re-rent the rooms*. Rather than forfeit the service charge on a refundable deposit you may choose to apply the full amount of the deposit to a future reservation within the same year. (*100% occupancy must be achieved in order to be eligible for a refund.) On non-refundable cancellations we will be happy to give you a room credit for a comparable number of nights mid-week (excluding high season and holidays) in conjunction with another paid stay. Minimum stay requirements may apply to the paid portion of your stay.
