Description:
Ballston Spa, the seat of Saratoga County, is a quaint village
surrounded on all sides by high grounds and is one of
America's earliest resorts. The Kayaderosseras Creek runs
through this village surveyed by Beriah Palmer, who found the
natural carbonated mineral spring bubbling from the nearby
bank of Golden Creek. Even today the "Old Iron Spring" is a
well known attraction. The Lewis House, an Italian Victorian
Saratoga Bed and Breakfast, was built around 1865 on a
beautifully landscaped 3/4 acre lot. It features raised bed
gardens for annuals, perennials, herbs and salads.

Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Check in 3:00 PM and check out by 12:00 noon. Reservations
require one night or 50% deposit. Minimum stay required
during racing season, special events and weekends.
Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior unless racing
season, special events or weekends which require 30 days
prior. A $30.00 fee will be charged on all cancellations. No
smoking or pets.
Smoking not permitted in Bed and Breakfast
Minimum stay two nights except during Racing Season when
the minimum stay is 3 nights
Guest Pets cannot be accommodated
One night or 50% is required for deposit
Discounts available for cash payments for AAA, Governments,
groups, seniors
