Barrister's is located in the historic village of
Seneca Falls in Seneca County, New York. From Barristers, it's an easy drive to Finger Lakes wineries along the Cayuga or Seneca Lake wine trails, or walk to historic sites like the Women's Rights National Historic Park.

Built in 1888 by Attorney T.J. Yawger and his wife Harriet Weed Yawger, the home was designed with fine details like quarter-sawn oak paneling, carved oak mantels, graceful stained glass windows and expansive porches. When purchased in 2001, we were only the third family to own the property since 1860.

After careful renovation, all five guest rooms feature private en suite baths, individual air conditioning and queen or king beds. The list of amenities you'll find at Barrister's is long and includes guest refrigerator and microwave. There is also plenty of off-street parking and garage for bicycles, etc. and a beautiful stone walled patio includes a gas fire pit and evening lighting. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, accommodating dietary restrictions or special requests with advance notice.
