Family owned for 32 seasons. Windward House Inn-An Edwardian Bed and Breakfast Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

3 or 4 night minimums are required for holiday or summer weekends. A 50% deposit is required for most reservations. If a one night stay is accepted, full payment in advance is required. In the event you have to cancel, change dates or shorten your stay, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 bookkeeping fee if 21 days notice is provided. If cancellation occurs after 21 days prior to check-in, we will refund your deposit less the $20 only if we can refill the entire reservation period.
