The Ocean Plaza Hotel Description:
We welcome you to come and discover the Ocean Plaza,
where the quiet traditions of yesteryear have been wonderfully
recreated. Ocean Plaza has recently been restored to its
original Victorian grandeur. The hotel was built on Camp
Meeting Association land deeded to Mrs. Martha Jane Inskip,
whose family was one of the founders of the Association. Mrs.
Inskip built the hotel in 1870 and first called it "The Inskip".
Ocean Plaza, located on the historic Ocean Pathway, is just a
short walk from everything. Guests may enjoy the wonderful
selection of local attractions including the famed Ocean Grove
Auditorium, the memorial Pavilion, restaurants, quaint shops
and the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean beaches. Ocean Plaza
reflects the traditions of hospitality, gracious service, and
comfortable lodging. Come for a visit and see why Ocean
Plaza is a glorious retreat for the soul.
