Eastman Inn Bed and Breakfast Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Deposit equal to one night deposit to confirm reservation. Written 14 day cancellation policy. $20 administrative processing fee for cancellations or reschedules. Suitable for children over the age of 15 years. The entire property, including inn, porch, and parking lot are completely smoke free.
