Rates assume double occupancy and include evening treats, bottled water, sodas, morning coffee/tea, and a wonderful gourmet breakfast served in the candlelit dining room on china and crystal. Coffee and newspapers will be available in the upstairs hallway at 7:00 a.m. A full plated gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room each morning at 9:00 a.m. All meals are made from fresh highest quality ingredients. With prior notification, special serving times and meals can be accommodated. Some optional meals include Atkins low carb, low fat, and vegetarian.

Check-in: Normal time is 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. Let us know if you will be arriving outside of these hours. Check out: 11:00 a.m.

Payment: Personal check, Cash, MasterCard, or Visa. Gratuity for the housekeeping staff is at your discretion, not expected, and always appreciated.

Reservations: To confirm your reservation a deposit of one night's lodging is required either on credit card, by personal check or by referencing your gift certificate. A two night minimum stay may be required for most weekends from June through October and for all holiday weekends.

Deposits: For normal reservations, a deposit of the 1st night's stay is required. Specials may require a 50% deposit of the package.

Cancellation: A refund credit (less $25.00 processing fee) will be issued if cancellation is received at least 7 days in advance. For cancellations under 7 days or for no shows, the deposit is forfeited.

Smoking: Fire regulations and insurance mandate that there is no smoking indoors or on any of the Porches. Areas are provided outside the residence.

Pets: Due to health concerns and allergies, pets are not allowed at The Grand Victorian B&B Inn. Quality pet boarding is available nearby.
