Rates are per room single or double occupancy. Three night minimum stay June- August. The cottage is booked weekly in July and August. (Please plan to reserve a room well in advance, as we are usually fully booked during these busy months. Shorter stays during peak-season are booked when there are vacancies due to cancellations.) Two night minimum stay September - May. Price includes all taxes, tips, gratuities and a hearty country breakfast. No Smoking.
Check In Time: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (sometimes sooner!)
Check Out Time: 11:00 AM (never later!)
A two-night deposit must be received within five days of the time of booking to secure the reservation. The balance due, if any, is payable upon arrival in cash or travelers' checks. We do not accept credit cards. For cancellations, notification is required 20 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Deposit is then refunded, less a $20 service charge. With less than 20 days prior notice, refund will be given if accommodations can be re-booked.
