Rooms amenites vary however all have Cable TV/VCR, robes and slippers and wireless internet. The Sebago Suite offers three rooms, bedroom with bath (double shower)and heated tiles, living room with fireplace and wet bar/mini refrigerator, and Garden room with large Jacuzzi tub, heated tiles and private deck. The Arundel and Windsor rooms offer wood burning fireplaces to chase those chilly nights away and two person whirlpool tubs to soothe the body after a full day of activity. The York room offers two person whirlpool tub and heated tiles. The Berwick and Camden rooms offer fireplaces and the Berwick has heated tiles.

Reservations of more than three nights require a deposit of 50%. Cancellations are gladly accepted 14 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation received within the 14 days will be charged a nights stay unless the room can be re booked.
