The Moses Webster House is a French Victorian home built in 1873 by granite magnate, Moses Webster. This elite house boasts the splendor of the era, yet preserves the casual comfort of island lifestyle. It is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Payne Homestead has been in operation as a B&B since 1995. It's the ideal atmosphere in which to explore the history of this magical island. Come enjoy our accommodations for your family getaway or for a romantic interlude.
Our home is a unique B&B that caters to couples and families alike. After a day of exploring this Midcoast Maine island, parents can curl up in a quiet corner with a book while the children unwind in our Game Room with a selection from our video collection.
