All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Rate will be confirmed at time of booking.
Check-out time: 12:00 Noon; Check-in time: 3PM
50% deposit of the total vacation rental amount is due at the time of booking as confirmation will only be given upon receipt of the deposit. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by credit card, certified cheque or wire transfer. A credit card (Visa/MC)
imprint of US$500 will be required on your arrival as a refundable security and telephone deposit.
Payments for confirmed rental periods are refundable upon re-rental of the property for the same period of time and are subject to a US$100 processing fee.
We have a strict no smoking indoor policy. Any guest violating that rule will incur a cleaning fee of $75 per room.
Airport transfers from Sangster's International Airport in Montego Bay is available and can be arranged at a charge of US$40 per person round trip.
Gratuity is discretionary. 15% is the suggested rate.
The Blue House assumes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to person, property or otherwise resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts of the Government or other authorities, de jure or de
facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, customs regulations, delays
or cancellation or changes in itinerary or schedule, or from acts or omissions of any kind or in any way related to the accommodation or transportation offered herein or due to any other cause beyond the control of The Blue House
