All of our guest rooms are individually decorated and have been recently renovated to include new beds, goose down comforters and linens. Each room has a private bath with hairdryer, fireplace, cable TV and Wifi.

The guest living area has comfortable, oversized sofas, flat screen TV, library and board games. A guest computer with free internet access and printer is available in the entrance.

A full breakfast (fruit, baked goods and a choice of sweet or savory hot meal, such as banana pancakes with caramelized banana syrup or omelets) is included with the price as well as afternoon tea.

Free transportation (trolley and shuttle bus) to Breckenridge Peaks 8, 9 and 10, as well as to other Summit County resorts, stop across the road. Reservations for transportation from Denver International Airport or Eagle County Airport can be made through the Inn. Free parking is also available for guests who drive to our home.

Booking Policies
Reservations are highly recommended especially during the Winter Season.
Reservations require a 2 night deposit at the time of booking.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Full payment is required if reservations are made within 30 days of the arrival date.
Cash, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus the $25 fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be refunded if the room is rebooked, minus the $25 fee.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance, available on the internet, to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, which may require cancellation of your trip.

General Policies
Check in is between 4pm and 7pm. Check-in outside of these hours is by appointment please.
Check out time is 10.00am.
We have a two night minimum stay for most weekends and a three night minimum stay for holiday weekends. Minimum stays are seasonal, please call for specific dates.
Smoking is not permitted in the Inn. A $250 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.
Children over 12 are welcome. Unfortunately we are not adapted for younger children.
Please bring house-shoes/slippers if you wish as we request that outdoor shoes are not worn in our home.
The storage locker at the front of the house can accommodate skis and bikes.
Our very friendly chocolate Labrador, Buddy, is not allowed in guest rooms or the living/dining room. He will, however, do his very best to say hello during your stay (in the hopes of a tummy rub or at least a chin scratch) so please inform us of any allergies! We are unfortunately unable to accommodate guest pets; however we would be happy to provide details of the boarding kennels in town.
