Payment: Prepayment is required to make a reservation and will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of the written confirmation of the reservation.

Refunds & Cancellations: Our administrative fee for ALL changes to existing reservations is $25.00. The fee for ALL cancellations is $25 OR 10% (whichever is greater). A refund LESS cancellation fee is issued if cancellation occurs 14 days or more prior to the scheduled date of arrival (21 days for special events and/or holidays and groups). For reservations cancelled LESS than 14/21 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the reservation prepayment is NON-REFUNDABLE. We reserve the right to offer a coupon valid for 12 months for the full amount minus cancellation fee under certain circumstances. "No-Show" guests and "Early Departures" are considered cancellations within the non-refundable period. There are no exceptions to this policy. Large groups and reservations for the entire inn are subject to special cancellation periods, which are specified on an individual basis. Please contact us for details prior to making a reservation!
