The Bed and Breakfast studio has the use of the communal Swimming Pool. There is a TV with DVD player and a CD/Tape player. There is also a commercial centre where there are many many Bars and Restaurants and Shops, etc. The studio overlooks the La Marquesa Golf Course, and there are another 4 golf courses in the area. The nearest airport is Alicante which is approx. 25 miles away. The next airport is Murcia (San Javier) which is approx 35 Miles away. Apart from Ciudad Quesada where the studio is located, there is the village of Rojales which is 1 mile awway, it has a typical Spanish market on Thursdays, there is also the beach resort of Guardamar which is approx 4.5 km away. There are many Spanish villages in the area for you to visit. The ideal location for peace and quiet and to forget the stresses of work. Also ideal for inspections trips, completions, business, golf and of course enjoying yourself.

Booking Notes:-
Full Payment in €uros is required on arrival at the Bed and Breakfast Studio.
If booking well in advance 30% deposit is required.
Deposit will be lost if cancellation is less than 4 weeks before arrival.
Arrival: The studio will be available after 2.pm.
Departure: Please vacate by 10.am.
