The Mayor's Bed and Breakfast Inn Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

One night stays require full deposit to confirm reservation. All other stays require 50% deposit with balance due 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival are subject to a 15% fee; within 30 days, deposit is forfeited; within 10 days of arrival, the entire stay amount is due.
