All rooms have whirlpool, gas fireplace, private bath, one queen-size bed, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, telephone, refrigerator, TV/DVD/CD player and an interior door leading to the lobby. Harbor House rooms have ten foot wide sliding french doors opening onto private balconies with a view of the harbor through a stand of pine and birch trees. Zahn House rooms have patio doors opening onto a shared balcony with a completely open view to the water. Harbor House rooms have satellite TV, Zahn House rooms have a limited selection of local TV stations. All guests enjoy complimentary use of high speed wireless internet, DVD movie library, kayaks and bikes in summer, sleds and snowshoes in winter.
