Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast,is centrally located to Virginia Beach Resort, 3 blocks to the Ocean and 20 miles to Norfolk. An elegant Virginia Beach landmark. The home, circa 1937, is the foundation for many up-to-date improvements including expanding the total living space to over 4,900 sq. ft. Greg Nelson purchased the property in 1989 from the original owners and in 2007 has transformed the charming beach cottage into a mini spa resort. Majestic porches, butterfly bushes and a cascading waterfall welcome guests into the enchanting retreat. Historical post cards dating back to horse and buggy decorate the INN. Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast is a great alternative to hotel accommodations and perfect for a romantic getaway. Book your wedding party or anniversary enlightenment.
All 8 beautifully appointed rooms feature a private bathroom which may include hydro body massage, steamer, rainfall shower, Travertine tile or jetted tub. All are luxurious. Select rooms include a HD television, cable and internet hookups as well as WiFi throughout, accommodating the business traveler and vacationer alike. A 3rd floor library tower awakens your senses to a warm ocean sunrise and the year round heated outdoor spa pool rejuvenates your spirit

Policies & Procedures
For your health & ours, the Beach Spa is a non-smoking facility. For anyone breaking this policy, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
Sorry, no pets permitted.
Two-night stay required on weekends; three nights on holiday weekends. NOTE: Parking is limited. One car per room. Overflow paid parking is available.
Breakfast prepared daily in our residential kitchen.
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.; check-out is 11 a.m.
Massages require 48 hours or more to schedule. Massages cancelled less than 48 hours are fully charged.
Cancellations: Guest is responsible for 50% of all charges if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, payment is received upon arrival. If cancellation occurs or your stay is shortened, Beach Spa BnB will refund the 50% charge if the room is rebooked. A service charge of $25.00 will be applied to all cancellations.
A credit card is required for reservation and upon check-in for any incidentals.
Due to last minute cancellations and our need to maximize capacity, Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to move double occupancy room reservations to accommodate more guests. If we move you to a different room for this purpose, we will extend a 10% discount off the room rate.
