The Apple Blossom Inn was a great find. It's in the Shenendoah Valley, so it's close to museums, live music venues and festivals, caverns, local restaurants, and Skyline Drive. It's only a two hour drive West of D.C. And the mountains are amazing. The Inn is a two story historical landmark with two bedrooms, bath and a half, two living rooms, a kitchen and a piano room. You get the whole house to yourself and for a very reasonable price. We stayed with just the two of us, but it would be perfect for a family too. It's very clean. The breakfasts include everything you could ask for - egg casseroles, homemade biscuits, homemade jams, homemade breads, etc. There's a screened-in gazebo in the back where we sat and relaxed after a long day. The owners are historians, and one of them hosts historical walking tours through the town twice a day in period costume. The whole experience was wonderful. We'll definitely go back.

The Apple Blossom Inn was tastefully decorated, spotlessy clean, and comfortable. It is a complete 7-room house with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 1/2 baths, located in walking distance of the main part of town. The front porch was also a delight and the innkeepers made us feel at home. If there is anything that was less than perfect, it would be the fact that the house is on a busy street and was somewhat noisy; however, we slept very well and it was not a problem. We highly recommend the Apple Blossom Inn!

We were treated like royalty! Our every need addressed by friendly, helpful hosts. The lovely furnished inn was all ours for three days, and it had every amenity. Excellent breakfasts included homemade apple sweet rolls, egg casserole, country ham and more. We would highly recommend this inn to our friends, and we hope to return in the future.
