*******The Stowe Inn is a completely non-smoking Property*******

• All rates are based on room size, location and time of year.
• 9% Vermont State Room and Meals tax and a daily 5% service gratuity are added to all rates.
• A 2-night minimum is required for Winter, Summer & peak weekends. A 3-night minimum is required for all Christmas and New Years bookings.
• Children under 12 stay for free in the same room as parent. There is a $5 Breakfast charge.
• Cots are available for $10.00 per day on top of nightly rate. *Subject to availability at the time of request.

Deposit / Cancellation Policies
• A deposit equal to one nights' room rate plus tax will be required to confirm and guarantee all reservations. A deposit equal to 50% of the reservation total is required during Christmas, New Years and Presidents weeks.

• Notice at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date is required for all reservations. Notice of 30 days is required for all Christmas, New Years, and Presidents week. Any cancellation or alterations made within the above specified time periods will result in full forfeiture of deposits.

• Guest who depart early or shorten their stays will be subject to a penalty charge equal to one nights' room rate plus tax.

Check in/Check out:
Check in is after 3 PM. Check out is prior to 11 AM.

Access:
The common areas and entrance to the Inn are wheelchair accessible. There are limited rooms available with complete access. Please advise us of your special needs.
