Our buildings consist of 3 beautifully restored historic buildings - The Kuebler Waldrip Haus, the original German pioneer homestead and ranch, The Danville Schoolhouse, an original 1863 German Comal County one-room schoolhouse and the newly built, Deer Haven Cottage.

BUILDING 1 AND ROOMS: THE HISTORIC KUEBLER WALDRIP HAUS is an original 1847 German pioneer home, and the Waldrip family moved to the property and later restored it. It now has 5 separate rooms to choose where to stay. The five separate rooms are: Kueblers Kastle (downstairs, king bed and shower bath - nightly rate for 2 = $145), Hillside Hideaway (upstairs, king bed & double bed and a marble Jacuzzi bath - nightly rate for 2 = $155), Guilbeau Room (upstairs, 1 queen and 1 twin beds, shower/tub bath - nightly rate for 2 = $145), Katherine's Attic (upstairs, 2 kings + 1 twin and a marble shower/Jacuzzi bath - nightly rate for 2 = $175), and Room with A View (upstairs, king bed and a shower bath - nightly rate for 2 = $135).

BUILDING 2 AND ROOMS: THE DANVILLE SCHOOL is an original 1863 Comal County one-room school house that was purchased and moved to our property in 1991. This beautifully restored schoolhouse now has 5 separate rooms to choose where to stay. The rooms are: East Room (upstairs, king bed and shower bath - nightly rate for 2 = $145), West Room (upstairs, king bed and shower bath - nightly rate for 2 = $145), Danville School Room Suite (downstairs, room 1 - queen bed and marble Jacuzi, room 2 - king bed and shower bath - nightly rate for 2-4 guests = $350), and the Porch Room (downstairs, king bed and shower bath - nightly rate for 2 = $165).

BUILDING 3: THE DEER HAVEN COTTAGE has recently been added, and it has 3 bedrooms and a marble Jacuzzi bath in approximately 950 sq. ft., tile floors, a living room, a full kitchen with dining room, bath with a marble Jacuzzi and shower, and an outside patio with table and BBQ. The nightly room rate for 2 = $225.

BREAKFAST is a full hot breakfast that is served family style in our dinning room. We serve an egg dish, fresh fruit, fresh meat, homemade breads, potato dishes or tamales, condiments for the days menu, juice, water, milk and hot coffee and tea.

COMMON ROOM: We serve hot coffee early beginning at 7 am in our common room and all of our guests have access to our common room. Enjoy a comfortable sitting area, a book and video library, snacks, drinks and Texas Blue Bell Ice Cream. All of this is complimentary.
