The property remained in the same family from nearly 150 years, and still retains a treasured history.

American House on the Hill B&B Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

One night minimum stay (not 2 nights). Full refund 30 days notice, 50% refund 14 days notice, No Refund within 5 days notice unless proven medical emergency. All Refunds, including full refund require $15 processing fee. Well-behaved children allowed if scheduled in advance. Small dogs, 15 lbs or less must be approved prior to reservation.
