The Carlisle House Bed and Breakfast Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Payment - VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted
Deposits - An advance deposit in the amount of one night’s lodging on a credit card or by check is needed to confirm your reservation; deposit by check accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival date; a stay of three or more nights requires a 50% deposit.
Taxes - All accommodations are subject to 6% PA StateTax and 2% Local Occupancy Tax
Cancellations - A $25 cancellation fee will be charged if a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to check-in date. For special event dates, if the cancelled room(s) cannot be rebooked and if the cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the date, the full reservation amount will be charged.
No-shows - No-shows will be charged the full amount of the room reservation
Early Departures - Early departures will be charged the full amount of the room reservation
Minimums - A 2 or 3 night minimum is required on special event weekends
Check-in time - 4pm - 7pm; check-out time is by 11am; we are happy to make alternative arrangements on request and will store your luggage on the day of departure from 11 o’clock onwards.
Smoking - For the health of our guests, smoking is limited to outside areas
Young adults - over the age of 10 are welcome
Pets - Please call for details of local kennels who would be happy to look after your pet during your stay
