C.M. Spitzer House Bed & Breakfast Description:
The Spitzer House was built in 1890 by a team of builders for General Ceilan Milo Spitzer.General Spitzer and his cousin Adelbert were known throughout the country for organizing the first Bond Houses in the United States outside of Ney York. This German Renaissance home remained in the Spitzer Family for seventy years, and is a fine example of the Queen Anne architecture with Eastlake design.
The Spitzer House has two cherry staircases, two ten foot tall cherry entrance doors, stained glass windows, original warm pine floors and cherry and oak woodwork throughout. Filled with antiques, Longaberger baskets, collectibles lacy linens and Victorian charm.
