Relax at Our Luxury Country Cottage Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Cancellation Policy: Our normal policy is to take credit card details as a guarantee of your booking and these details will not be processed until your date of stay at which time we will manually process your card. This information may be sent to us by fax, phone or e-mail and for security can be split over 2 emails if you prefer. We will confirm your reservation on receipt of these details which needs to include credit card type (ie. Visa, Mastercard), card number, expiry date and name as written on the card.

If you do have to cancel your reservation, there will be no cancellation fee if it is done at least 48 hours before your date of stay. If within 48 hours there will be no fee charged if we are able to resell the room. If we cannot resell the room the will be a charge of a single nights accommodation cost only as a cancellation charge.
Our check in time is between 2pm and 5pm. For check in outside these times please phone us in advance on 07 332 2082. Our normal check out time is by 10am.
