All guest rooms have private en suite baths with whirlpool tubs. An exercise and billiard room (with professional pool table) are also on site for our guests' enjoymnet. Vintage B&B is set on 3 private acres with grounds to roam, hammocks to relax on, our very own boutique vineyard, and private guest patios.

Several wineries are in walking distance - Pugliese, Bedell Cellars, Pindar, Lenz and Raphael - and the beautiful Peconic Bay beach is at the other end of our street to which guests receive beach passes. Winery tastings and tours can also be arranged with advance notice.

Check in time is from 4-6PM, Check out is 11AM. Rates are from $220 to $275 per room, per night + NYS tax. All rooms are double occupance and will be held until 6PM unless prior arrangements are made. 50% deposit is required at time of reservation via cred card with balance payable in cash upon arrival. If stay is for just one night, full payment is required at time of reservation. Deposit gladly returned if requested at least 14 days prior to arrival date, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellatiosn occurring less than 48 hours prior to arrival date shall be charged full stay. No refunds on early departures. 2 night stay in season and weekends / 3 nights on holiday weekends.
