Olde Orchard Inn is nestled on the outskirts of rural Moultonborough in the northern section of New Hampshire's Lakes Region near Lake Winnipesaukee. Filled with music and charm, the guest and public rooms retain the personality of our 18th century farmhouse, but offer most of the comforts of home. Start your day with a brisk morning walk to Lake Winnipesaukee, less than a mile down a quiet road, and return to a full country candlelit breakfast with ingredients from our orchard and locally roasted gourmet coffee. During the day our B&B is conveniently located to many lake, hiking and shopping activities for you to enjoy. Golf, fishing and water sports, boutiquing, antiquing, horseback riding, concerts, skiing, hiking--all are close by. Rent a canoe or kayak and enjoy the quiet coves of Moultonborough Bay, hit the outlets, visit your friends, or just relax. Getting married? We are close to many beautiful wedding sites, both traditional and off-beat.

Musicians are invited to play our piano or Hammond organ at impromptu gatherings and we encourage anyone who plays the didgeridoo to perform for us. Take a book or magazine and a lawn chair and read by our pond. Relax with a cool drink on our porch while you watch the sun set behind Red Hill.
