CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the intimate size of our property cancellations affect us significantly; therefore we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee per room. Multiple rooms, Holiday weekends, and stays longer than three day requires a 30day notification.
If reservations are cancelled in fewer days than required to you arrival date the first nights payment is forfeited.
If you make reservations in which your arrival date is less then the required days for cancellation, your first nights room payment deposit is non-refundable.
Special event Packages have a non-refundable deposit due to limited availability.

PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY
Payment for balance due for your stay is due upon check-in.
There are no refunds for early checkouts.
