CasaTerra Cotta Authentic Mexican Bed & Breakfast Description:
Casa Terra Cotta Bed and Breakfast is an intimate and secluded Mexico bed and breakfast featuring four private casitas or small houses, set amongst lush tropical gardens overlooking the sparkling, blue Sea of Cortez. Minutes away is Playa Costa Azul, a mile long stretch of pristine beach renowned for the surf break "Zippers." The quaint colonial town of San José del Cabo is five minutes north and Cabo San Lucas is twenty minutes south. The casitas are surrounded by scented blooms, coco palms, and exotic cacti. Relax in hammocks on your private patio while enjoying the panoramic vista of the Sea of Cortez. The casitas at our bed and breakfast feature red brick "boveda" (arched) ceilings and removable front patio walls bring nature to you. Bird life is abundant and varied. From November to the end of March you'll see pods of grey whales frolicking offshore. At day's end, our Mexican beds, specially designed for our warm evenings, provide surroundings too comfortable to leave! Irresistible aromas from homemade breads, pastries and savories lead you to congenial "cocina" (kitchen). Let Chef Sharon guide you through an international journey of delicious food created with the freshest produce and dairy from local farms. Vegetarian, traditional and Mexican style breakfasts are available and any special dietary needs are always taken into consideration. "Come and experience a Los Cabos, Baja paradise!"

Whale Watching - From late November through March the Humpback and Gray whales are all around us. Oh yes, this tour includes a "famous C.T.C." box lunch as well.

Airport pick up service: $ 40.00 per trip, per van (Maximum 6 persons) (to be booked in advance with a minimum 24 hours notice)
Rates are per Casita - Maximum 2 people
During the winter season, a 2 night minimum is required to secure a confirmation, however during the high season from December 15 to January 15, a minimum of 7 nights is required and the weekly rate does not apply
The weekly rate is based on 7 nights
All Winter Season Rates include a Full Gourmet Breakfast for two and the Summer Rates include a Light Gourmet Breakfast for two.
All Rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars
All Rates are subject to Mexican Taxes of 12%.
A Deposit of 50% of the full Stay required to confirm the reservation
Full payment due upon arrival
Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.

Cancellation Policy
CASH Advance Deposits - 85% will be refunded with 30 days notice. 29 days or less - NO Deposit will be refunded.
CREDIT CARD Advance deposits with 30 days notice are subject to a 1 night stay. 29 days or less - NO Deposit will be refunded.
