The Homestead perfectly located in the Five College area and easily accessible to surrounding colleges for tours. Bed & Breakfast accommodations include two private guest rooms on the second floor, with shared bath.
The Dining Room is located on the first floor, with adjacent screened sun porch.
Breakfast times can be varies according to your schedule.
Begin your day with a family-style breakfast that includes fresh juices, Keurig coffees and teas, fruit, breakfast sweets (muffins, cinnamon bread, donuts etc.) different entree daily. Please notify us in advance of any special dietary needs.
The Common Room:
Available to guests on the first floor. Big screen HD, 3D TV. Feel free to bring a movie from home.

Policy
Rates and Policies:
* $95 per night single/double occupancy,
both rooms share 2 full baths,not connected to the rooms.
* $20 per night for third person in the Almarina Room
* No extra fee for a portable crib set up, (that's included in the $20.00 third person fee)
* 2 week notice cancellations for reservation made up to 1 month prior to check in date,if possible
* A $95.00 charge (equal to one night rate) will be processed to your credit card for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check in and for no call/no show cancellation.
* Check-in time is 3 - 10 p.m.
Special arrangements can be made in advance for a different arrival time.
* Please let us know if your arrival time changes. This is very helpful to us so we can plan our day to be here for your arrival.
* Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.

* 2 night minimum on weekends. April 1st-October 31st (these are the acceptable 2 night combinations: Thur/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun) Sunday is not considered a weekend date.
