Inns at Blackberry Common Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

A two night reservation is required during July, August, Sept & October, and on weekends with special events and holidays throughout the year. A one night minimum deposit is required. Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, minus $25, as long as you give 14 days notice. Any cancellation made with less than 14 days notice, or any departure earlier than scheduled and you will be responsible for full charges.
A fee of $35 will be charged for any third person occupying a room (only certain rooms can accommodate more than 2 persons). A pet fee of $25 per night is charged in any pet friendly accommodation. Guests will be required to read, and sign the pet policy to be sure that each pet may be appropriately accommodated.
