Payment Terms & Policies

Rates
Suites from $90 to $195 and Studios from $75 to $175 depending on the time of year and events. Rates are for 1 or 2 persons per room, additional persons are $10 per person per night.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If your Suite or studio is ready when you arrive, of course we'll let you in earlier. We will be happy to hold your luggage before or after your stay so you can get out on the town - we'll even give you the key.

Reservation Policy
A credit card number will hold your room. Cancellation is required 72 hours before arrival with exceptions or one night is charged.

Special Events Cancellation Policy
When booking for a Special Event Period (ie Mardi Gras, JazzFest, French Quarter Fest) total payment is due 30 days before arrival and there will be no refunds after that date. However, if you must cancel and we are able to re-book the room, you will receive a refund less any commissions or other costs associated with re-booking. If we are unable to re-book, Elysian Guest House will issue a Gift Room Certificate for the numbers of nights paid that can be used any time, except Special Event periods.
