We offer elegance and uncompromising attention to all your wedding details whether inside or outside. For smaller weddings inside, we fit up to 30 comfortably. We can work with you on a few more inside if necessary. We offer outside weddings for larger parties of up to 100 and possibly more. Our goal is to make your wedding dreams come true.

Luxurious Southern Casual Elegance Reservation Policies and Payment Information:

Southern Grace Bed and Breakfast accepts debit cards, all major credit cards, Travelers checks, and cash and some gift cards.
Cancellations:
Please realize we are a very small establishment that our policy is to never overbook rooms. Since We guarantee your reservation, rooms are not held without a deposit of the first night or 50% of your stay whichever is more. Once we reserve your room it is yours for that time and a 7 day cancellation is required. There is a $15.00 cancellation fee per room.
However, the cancellation deadline for Special Events is 30 days prior to the check-in date. A cancellation made on the scheduled Date of Arrival or a No Show (when a person does not check-in & has not canceled the reservation), the accountable party will be charged for the entire reservation.
Rescheduling a reservation is the same as a cancellation within 7 days of arrival.

Children: At this time due to the pool and no fence, we cannot accept children at this time.
Gift Certificates:
Are available and can be purchased by the night, by a package, or by a dollar amount. * Parking: We have plenty of free parking on a concrete pad.
Pets:
We do not allow pets on the inside of the inn but we can arrange a kennel in the garage. No dangerous breeds allowed. The kennel fee is $15.00 per night.
