The residence is completely new, warm Italian hospitality who will make you feel welcome and at home. All rooms are large quiet and sunny and it have inside a bathroom, kitchen corner equipped also with espresso coffee machine and microwave oven for each room. Color TV. The flats are of various sizes and accommodate parties of 1-4. Every rooms are elegantly furnished (including linen, towels, dishes, pots...). The breakfast is not included. You will be located 5 minutes from "Trastevere" and "Testaccio" and "E.U.R". The close metro-stop “Basilica di San Paolo” is at your doorstep. Service of baby-sitter available.

Take the metro line "B" direction "EUR Laurentina". You will stop at "San Paolo". Go out to "Via Ostiense" direction, after few step, in the middle of little park "Largo Riccardi", just in front of you, turn to your left side for via Corinto, take it for 60 meter and stop at the number 90 at the right side of the street.

Included in Happy Guest 's rate are: cooking facilities, crockery, the flat cleaning, color-tv, washing machine and all the necessary linen. Only the elettricity is pay according to amount consumed. Additional charge for sleeping only one night + 20% of the complete room's amount. All the rooms have the private bathroom and kitchen corner.

Very important! We accepted how payment methods: only cash.
We can't accept any credit card. You can pay on arrival only by cash in euro.
Daily room cleaning are included at the day's rates.
Special discount 10%, for children between 5 to 17 years old, that sleeping in the parent's room. Free stay for baby from 0 to 4 years old.
Cooking facilities, coffee bar machine and microwave oven is included, the towels change every tree days and sheet every week.
Estimated time of arrival, must be check before and confirmation a day before the appointment.
For incoming on Sunday or national holidays or from 7 PM to 9,30 PM (normally from 9,30 PM to 9,30 we can't accept arrival), we ask a special tips of 10,00 euro. For delay of more then 30 minutes on the time of the arrival, that you have confirm before, we must ask an over time of 10,00 euro for our employees.
