We offer eight large luxury suites at The Palms Cliff House: one with a queen and twin bed, and seven with king beds. Four suites also have fireplaces and in room oversized two person Jacuzzi tubs romantically located in a round alcove overlooking the ocean. All suites overlook the ocean and Pohakumanu Bay, and have a TV, satellite receiver, as well as a DVD player, ceiling fans, and bathrooms with Italian marble. All suites have more than 500 square feet of living area. Each suite is also equipped with a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, battery lantern, yoga mat, room safe, small refrigerator, extra pillows, two luggage racks, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, body lotion, mouthwash, shower cap, luffa scrubber, and spa soap. Corner suites also have bath crystals for the in suite two person jacuzzis.

If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned if the reserved dates are rebooked. A 10% ($35.00 minimum) processing fee will be subtracted from your deposit to cover credit card surcharges and handling. Please be advised that no refund can be made for late arrivals, early departures, or cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 7 days and no-shows are financially responsible for the full balance of their reservation. Confirmed reservations may be rescheduled without penalty up until 14 days prior to the original arrival date.
