Private suites on a lush four-acre coffee farm, located on Top of historical Kealakekua Bay, with breathtaking ocean, mountain and panoramic South Kona coastline view. Only 20 minutes south of Kailua, the location is quiet and serene, yet within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, only 10 minutes from beaches, snorkeling, scuba diving and kayaking. 30 minutes from Kona Airport,90 minutes from the Volcanoes National Park. We speak French and German.

* Deposit amount required (50 % deposit, balance due at check in.)
* Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
* Cancellations:
For a short stay a 72 hours prior of arrival notice is required...For a extended stay, a 6 weeks notice required for refund of deposit minus $ 50.00 cancellation fee.
