The Beach House Resort, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is a totally renovated gulf front complex. It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from every unit. Each unit is individually owned and is newly refurbished with top of the line furnishings. Each unit will sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed and features such extras as high speed internet, free domestic long distance, private screened porch and onsite laundry room for your convenience. This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All nine units together will sleep 38. Very small pet allowed with $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months and a three night minimum rental during summer and fall. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 60 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate.

The Beach House Resort Unit 10 is the largest of the units and features three bedrooms and two and one half baths, a large open deck overlooking the beach, a gourmet kitchen and full size laundry room. It will sleep six with a king size bed, a queen size bed and two twin beds and offers features such extras as high speed internet with free domestic long distance calling, a garden tub in the master bedroom and large flat screen tv's in the living room and master bedroom.
