Gwenn and Randy are gracious and meticulous hosts, providing a welcoming smile, excellent food, immaculately clean rooms and public spaces and a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Gwenn is a hostess in the true sense of the word, from loaning me suntan lotion to providing soy creamer for my coffee. I cannot say enough good things about The Avenue B & B. I will stay there again.
I feel like Gwen and Randy are family! They always make me feel right at home! You are awakened with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee...breakfast is gourmet. The location is perfect...park the car and forget about it until you leave...there are so many things to see and do within walking distance. I can't wait until I can run away again to my peaceful haven!

My reunion with a childhood friend at Avenue Hotel B&B was delightful. The decor was perfect and the breakfast a real treat. I would love to return with my husband. Manitou Springs was charming and so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Relaxation at its best; a lovely place to stay and no long drives in traffic.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast in August and were really pleased with our choice. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and there is excellent outdoor seating both in the back of the property and on the main street (though you are removed from the direct traffic). The hosts were very pleasant and concerned for our comfort. The location was excellent for Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and walking around downtown Manitou Springs. Would definitely stay here again.
