Red Rocker Inn's Vanilla Cream Syrup

In a medium saucepan, cook over medium heat for three or four minutes:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
1 and 1/3 cup heavy cream

remove from heat and add
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

this is wonderful served on any pancake, waffle, french toast or pound cake
