A time-honored recipe and ever so easy to prepare- no cooking required! Cover dried fruits ( prunes and apricots our favorite) with spring water and let stand overnight with a stick of cinnamon. In the morning, serve with dollops of whipped cream or the butter topping on whole milk yoghurt. Delicious! If you want to hurry the process, just simmer for about 20 minutes until the fruit is swollen and tender.
