Five minute preparation time. You will want to eat it all yourself! Wash and cut rhubarb stems into one inch wedges. Barely cover with water and simmer for a couple of minutes until just tender. Don't walk away! Add sugar or honey or maple syrup (or artificial sweetener if you must) to taste- let some of the delicious tartness shine through. Serve as a relish with a main meal or as a topping for breads or yoghurt at breakfast. Enjoy!
