Chilled Cream of Pear Soup• 7 ripe, juicy pears• 1 can white grape peach juice concentrate • 1 8 oz carton French Vanilla Cool Whip • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg • 1/3 cup sugar • fresh mint leaves Steps: 1. Peel, halve and core pears. 2. Place juice concentrate (still frozen), Cool Whip, nutmeg & sugar in blender. Blend until smooth. Add pears. Blend until desired consistency is reached. 3. Serve chilled in small glass bowls. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Homemade sweet bread or muffins on the side add just the right touch.
