Apple Oat Cakes

APPLE OAT CAKES

2 cups Rolled Oats 2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Minced Apple 1 cup Flour
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon 1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Ginger 1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 cups Butter Milk ½ tsp. Nutmeg
2 Eggs

Mix all ingredients and pour by ¼ cupfuls onto hot griddle.
Makes approximately 24 oat cakes. May be stored in
refrigerator and heated in oven or toaster.
